The Wandering Horse Buffet originated as the Wandering Horse Café when Talking Stick Resort was in the form of gaming tents. The café specialized in a delicious Slow Roasted Beef plate, along with popular nightly specials. The demand became overwhelming for the small café, thus Wandering Horse Buffet was born.
