At Umami we creating Ramen dishes that are chef inspired with traditional stocks and tares but with a modern "do it yourself" menu that allows guest to create their own personal ramen experience. Add toppings of your choice to our hand made umami ramen noodle or try sipping some sake, soju, shochu and a variety of Asian beers. also check out our drink menu that is fusions of different tea and alcohol.
