Thirst Wine Bar & Bistro

Our menu is modern comfort food that is designed to pair with wine. We have a seasonal menu, but many items like our famous Brussels sprout salad and hot crab dip are always on the menu. Thirst features four rotating local craft beers on tap and then an additional 4-6 by the bottle. We have seasonal brews like Widmer Hefeweizen and Deschutes Twilight Ale as well as Red Hook ESB and Session Lager that are on the menu year round. Our specialty cocktails highlight local spirits like Indio Vodka, Manzama Hot Pepper Vodka, Voyager Gin, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon. We have flights of Scotch, Bourbon and Tequila available.
