The Watershed

THE WATERSHED is Tempe’s lakeside kitchen, patio and bar. Although we are locally owned, The Watershed brings a little Newport Beach, San Francisco and New Mexico to the table. It’s been our goal to create an experience that you can’t get anywhere in Phoenix. Redwood picnic tables on a lawn, couches and bars overlooking a beautiful lake. The patio seats over 200 people. The interior has a 50 foot long bar, booths and a “Captain’s Lounge.” We have 10 large screen HD televisions, games and live entertainment throughout the week. Our cuisine is best described at Modern American with a twist on familiar classics. Everything is from scratch and to order. Our bar features 20 beers on draft, Specialty and House Cocktails and an inspired wine list.
