The People's Last Stand

We strive to provide our customers with the freshest, healthiest, and best-tasting drinks and food. The creativity that our team employs will be done in vain if we don't use the right ingredients. To that end, The People's Last Stand proudly uses natural and organic ingredients in the majority of our recipes and quite literally, the juice is worth the squeeze. On average, we juice between fifty and seventy-five pounds of produce a week, including lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, and watermelon. In addition, our house-made syrups, bitters, and infusions all use top quality ingredients. We gladly do it so our customers don't just taste the difference, but they feel it, too. Not only do we want our customers to enjoy their time while they're at People's, but we also want to make the next day easier on them as well. It's common practice in our industry to use cheaper, manufactured mixtures as a substitute for fresh ingredients. The result? A hangover with a vengeance. Our bodies are not designed to break down the high fructose corn syrup, additives, or preservatives that we consume too often. We aren't purists, however; we know the only true way to avoid a hangover is to drink responsibly and get enough rest. Although the alcohol will make us all look better, the fresh ingredients will help us feel better, too.
