The Blu Grouse is a quaint and rustic bar and restaurant in the quirky neighborhood of Georgetown. What used to be a home is now a place where neighborhood folks like to relax with a drink out back by the fire pit. Leaning on the lighter side, the menu gives the area healthier yet satisfying options. With the "feel like you're at home" ambience, the back yard is the perfect place for afternoon cocktails or large parties. Our goal is to build our business on loyalty and longevity.
