Vito Crews had been a chef for 15 years before we found him. He got his start serving in a small ma-and-pa shop down in San Luis Obispo, California, when one day a chef called out needing some help and Vito spoke up, “I can do that. I’ve seen it made a hundred times.” He hasn’t left the kitchen since. Vito has become a part of our family, and as much as we would love to tell you more about his own life, he wouldn’t want it that way. He’d rather talk food, and talk food Vito does. All daylong.
