All our chefs are of Eastern European descent and have experience cooking in Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, to name just a few countries. We have tried to account for all tastes and introduce (or in some cases re-familiarize) our guests to not only Russian, but original Uzbek, Ukrainian, and Siberian cuisines. Our wealth stems from the people that work for us. The Executive Chef of the restaurant, Vladimir Gribkov, has 25 years of experience and is an expert in Russian cuisine. Along with our delicious meals Vladimir also prepares all our House made drinks and vodka infusions. We are the only bar you will find with over 75 house-infused vodkas. All of our infusions are made by ancient Russian recipes, only using organic fruits and vegetables, with an unimaginable variety of flavors.
