Many of P.F. Chang's Signature Cocktails are modern twists on the classic versions. Our Chinese 88 is a modern interpretation of a French 75, a cocktail first made popular in the 1930's. We've updated the original recipe with Plymouth gin and Mumm Napa Sparkling wine. Our goal is to offer innovative cocktails using premium spirits and mixers that reflect our style and complement your dining experience.
