Mr. Smith's

Mr. Smith’s is located in the heart of the historic section of Washington, DC -- just a short distance from the White House. We have been here for almost 50 years awaiting your visit. In that time we’ve served nearly ten million people. Our popularity is most likely due to the homemade food at very reasonable prices, served in relaxed, casual surroundings. Our Chef has been with us for over 25 years and so has our Senior Manager. So you can be sure you will be well taken care of by our friendly, experienced Staff. One customer summed up Mr. Smith’s quite nicely a few years ago when he said “…with its faded Victorian elegance, Mr. Smith’s is the place to go for good food and great fun!" Reservations are not required except for parties of 10 or more. And the dress is casual – after all, this is the “friendliest saloon in town!". We look forward to seeing you soon.
