MiJo's Tex Mex & Cantina

MiJo’s tex-mex & cantina is owned and operated by Claudia Caballero and a sister-restaurant of both Panchito’s Mexican Restaurant and Pericos Mexican Cuisine. Panchito’s is owned and operated by Roy and Evelyn Reyes. Pericos Mexican Cuisine is owned and operated by Russell Reyes. For the past 30 years the Reyes family has provided its guests in San Antonio true authentic Mexican food, famous homemade flour and corn tortillas and outstanding service. Claudia is bringing the same great recipes, with an Austin twist! MiJo’s tex-mex & cantina is named after two very special children, Mia Caballero and Jordan Russell. Mia and Jordan are Claudia’s niece and nephew. They are her brother’s children. The restaurant is specifically named after both children, Mi for Mia and Jo for Jordan. You will see them often in the restaurant. Their pictures are on almost every table in the house.
