McP's Taphouse Grill

McPs Irish Pub in Coronado, California was established in 1982 by former Navy Seal, Greg McPartlin. In 1989, General Contractor Pete Joseph met Greg McPartlin. Pete began doing contracting work at the Coronado McPs location and they quickly became friends. After completing several construction projects together, Greg and Pete decided to partner and open a second McPs location, and McPs Pub Tahoe opened in 1992 at the Old Bella Union Restaurant location at 4090 Lake Tahoe Blvd. After nearly nine successful years, McPs was closed in 2001 to make way for the development of the Heavenly Village and Gondola. Without missing a beat, McPs purchased the location directly across the street at 4093 Lake Tahoe Blvd, opened up immediately, and remained there until it’s recent closure in May 2014 as part of the Chateau project. During its 22 year run, McPs Pub Tahoe established itself as a very popular spot for both locals and tourists alike. Creating strong and long lasting relationships in the South Lake Tahoe community. ​McPs is happy to announce the opening of our new TapHouse in the Stateline area. Boosting our size to a beautiful 6000 square ft location with a private banquet room, state of the art kitchen, 20 big screen TV's, 40 beers on draft and our fresh new menu. McPs Taphouse Tahoe supports local live music every week and are proud partners with Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe TV and PowderHouse Ski & Snowboard.
