MAX's Wine Dive

The inspiration for MAX’s Wine Dive came after realizing that while we (owners Jerry and Laura Lasco) love trying out fancy new restaurants, the places we most enjoy hanging out are laid-back places that are unpretentious and comfortable. Shortly thereafter, the Wine Dive mantra was created: “Fried Chicken and Champagne?… Why the Hell Not?!” At MAX’s Wine Dive, we’re all about bringing “gourmet comfort food” to our guests alongside a constantly curated selection of wines from around the world, some of which cannot be found anywhere else, all served with a down-to-earth, rock-n-roll style. Located in the heart of Quarry Village, MAX’s Wine Dive space is designed to enhance any dining experience, whether it is a date night, a private or corporate event, or a casual get-together on the patio. A separate dining section, surrounded by the eclectic selection of wines from around the world, will seat up to 40 people and is perfect for any special occasion. And for those who want to be in the center of it all, grab a spot at the bar where you can see each dish coming across the pass and literally feel the action in the bustling open kitchen.
