Crios Modern Mexican

In Spanish, crios means kids or children. Similar to our restaurant next door, Scion Restaurant, Crios Modern Mexican is a tribute to the evolution of our restaurant family. We are sisters, Joanne and Julie Liu, and our parents immigrated to the United States over thirty-five years ago and started Jenny's Chinese Restaurant. Through years of hard work and resilience, they created what is now Jenny's Asian Fusion on the Southwest D.C. waterfront. In 2009, we opened Scion Restaurant. We've always had a love for Mexico's vibrance and dynamic, and especially for its fresh and bold cuisine. With Crios Modern Mexican, we aim to create a welcoming and energetic neighborhood restaurant serving delectable food and drink. Welcome to Crios.
