When crafting Neapolitan-style pizzas,we take a page out of the history books, adorning them with classic Italian combinations such as extra virgin olive oil, Italian sausage, roasted grape tomatoes, and goat cheese. We don't just stick to tradition, though--We also toss the thick, dense slices with more modern ingredients, such as the house-made andouille and Italian sausage.
