Brick & Mortar will be a refined tavern that devotes equal focus and attention on cocktails, as well as wine and beer. Serving classic, pre-prohibition, and original cocktails with a focused liquor selection, we feature premium international and American craft spirits, along with local distilleries when possible. Our cocktails and house-made shrubs and syrups are guided by seasonality but not restricted to it. We curate a list of small-production wines from both Old and New World wine regions, while our variety of beer, mead & cider highlight the best local and international breweries. -
