We opened our door (it's blue, if anyone's asking) on September 25, 2008. And thus, the Blucy was born, weighing in at a mean 1/2lb. It's our 'cool-inary' gift to the world. HOME OF THE BLUCY! Two fresh ground Angus beef patties collaborate to encompass a veritable cornucopia of ingredients, creating a cavern of delectable deliciousness...a collision of culinary creativity and Midwestern ingenuity.
