The man in charge of the Cajun American menu, Executive Chef Frank Lynch takes great pride in using locally sourced ingredients. He believes each region of the United States has its own unique taste and uses his creativity to incorporate them into a flavor all his own. His skills have led Bourbon Street to great press, including a nod from the Daily News as the place for one of New York's best brunch deals and New York 1 News as the place to go for Queens Restaurant Week.
