The restaurant’s large menu selection featuring items for breakfast, lunch and dinner is available to hotel guests and visitors any time day or night, weekdays or weekends. Most recently, Blue Coyote has added a full sushi menu including Nigiri, Sashimi and rolls like Alaska, Rainbow and Boston.
