We have been a landmark in Miami Lakes, on Main Street, since we opened in 2004 and we have just completed a décor renovation, including new tables and seating arrangements. With the creative genius, and vision of its owner and Executive Chef, Martin Cardenas, Italy Today is the place to have a healthy meal, with a mix of grains, grilled meats, vegetables, nuts and even fruit, to round out our reasonably priced menu.
