Elemental is all about personal wood-fired pizza, salads, sandwiches, shareable appetizers, beers on tap, wine and cocktails. If you believe pizza is at it's best when the highest quality ingredients are used, and the dough making process is treated with absolute reverence. This is why we allow our dough to ferment for two days before being used.
