At Shaw we serve the same great food and we offer the same great cocktail and wines and beers so depending on which neighborhood you are in, you have a Beau Thais just waiting for you. Beau Thai is owned by Aschara Vigsittaboot, Ralph Brabham and Drew Porterfield. Aschara is the executive chef, the founder and the heart and soul of Beau Thai. She learned to cook at her mother's side in Thailand. As a little girl, she took great pleasure in helping in the family kitchen, waking up early on weekends to purchase food from the markets by herself, and eating delicious street food throughout Southern Thailand. Prior to opening her own restaurant, she worked at Rice on the popular 14th Street, NW, corridor in Washington, DC, a restaurant she helped launch.
