Bandolero

Opened in May 2012, Bandolero serves modern mexican small plates in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The menu showcases classic Mexican dishes with untraditional flavor profiles, including dips served with housemade chicharones and masa crisps, selections from a raw bar, tacos, enchiladas, empanadas, and quesadillas. The 5,000 square foot, high-energy space reflects a Day of the Dead motif, and includes plenty of bar space to imbibe. The cocktail list is heavy on tequila and mezcal. In addition to a host of margarita options, Bandolero makes classic cocktails with these Mexican spirits.
